School party in Perpignan (1952)
During the 1950s, collective sports exercises called lendits were organized each year in schools. Relays, races, jumps, involved students and teachers in a collective exercise where organization, respect and a taste for effort were highlighted. This event dated 1952 and filmed by Louis Llech has the merit of showing us the famous velodrome of Perpignan from which we see, in the background, the HLM St Jacques.
