Excursions through Majorca, 1930

We see a group of hikers on the Sóller train, passing through the stations of Son Sardina and Bunyola until finally reaching the valley and the City of Sóller. There are panoramic views of the Valley, of Biniaraix and its Barranc where we see hikers climbing Mount Ofre and then making a stop at the Comasema farm.

Then we see some images of the possession of Son Torrella, in Santa Maria and different plans of this town, with images of the Convent of Mínimos, the parish church and different places in the town decorated in what looks like a religious celebration, probably dedicated to the Rector Caldentey (Rafel Caldentey i Perelló, 1818-1887) of whom we see a commemorative plaque.
