Making of the movie "Lies" in Perpignan
In the aftermath of the war, in 1945, the filmmaker Jean Stelli, the famous actress Gaby Morlay, as well as their entire film crew, took up their winter quarters in Perpignan. They film there the exterior scenes of "Lies", a melodrama described as "a great dramatic film, deeply human and moving". The crowd is large on this extract at the foot of Castillet.
