Préparatifs de noce à la campagne - Extrait
Inspired by a short story by Franz Kafka, the film is located in the Languedoc of the late 19th century. A young man, who leaves to go back to his fiancee, thinks about the marriage that's about to take place. The same events occur twice, sometimes in a joyful atmosphere, sometimes in a dramatic environment. The hero is destined to never reach his goal. Dramatic narration open to the mystery but also a document on the lands and rural customs of the Languedoc in 1900."
