[Fabricació d'imatges a Olot]

Footage of Olot and the production of religious figures. Wide shot of Olot, where we are shown forests, farms and houses, the activity on the street and the river Fluvia on its way through the town. The montage stops at the School of Arts and Crafts, and shows in detail the classrooms and the students' works, such as replicas of Michelangelo's Moses, figurines of nativity scenes or a sculpture of Saint Peter. Footage showing the different techniques of clay modelling, drying and application of paint on the statues. After that, an artist selects some logs and sculpts a carving with the figure of Christ crucified; images of several parts of his workshop, the tools used and the figures made ​​with this technique. Finally, images of how clay is obtained and modelling of a figure of Our Lady of Remedy, which will serve as a template for subsequent copies. These copies will dry and be painted. The final phase consists in packaging for distribution and transportation.
