[De Gaulle à Perpignan]

General de Gaulle, back then leader of the Rassemblement du peuple français (RPF), or Rally of the French People, visits Perpignan on 8th January, 1951, during his tour around France on the occasion of the parliamentary elections. De Gaulle gives a speech in front of his supporters in Perpignan.
