[Le travail agricole et les activités de bord de mer]

This film approaches the farm work and the seaside activities. The first part documents the cherry picking in Ceret, the arrival at a cherry resale market to have them weighed. We move on to peach picking and viticulture: collecting firewood, which, once cut, is burnt. The second part of the film deals with the seaside activities: the port, the beach and the monuments of Collioure, the beach of Canet, fishermen mending their nets in Port-Vendres and the port of Banyuls. The sardana traditional dance accompanied by a cobla band is filmed on one of the ports on the coast. Finally, we see several shots of vineyards and an interview with an elderly man surrounded by chestnut trees.
