Carnaval de Perpignan 1937
The film opens with a little girl who is preparing for the Carnaval, then we see a parade of floats in the streets of Perpignan. Pulled by horses and sometimes preceded by drums, we find among others the “sun” float, the “A night in Tahiti” float, the “Goulin Guinguette" float, and towards the end there is a dragon that is made up of many people.
