Roussillon Magazine is a series of newsreels shot between 1949 and 1952 by Louis Llech, member of the Club of Amateur Filmmakers of Roussillon; its 40th edition is dedicated to the carnival held on 20th February, 1949 in Perpignan: preparation of the festival, beauty contest, grand street parade with large carts.
