Processions
In the north of Aveyron, a few traditional festivals have kept their processions. In most cases, these liturgical celebrations have become spectacles that amaze tourists during the summer. The film focuses on the last three processions in this region:
- Montarnal, where Roch the Pilgrim of Montpellier is celebrated. This religious ceremony consists of blessing livestock and work in the fields.
- Saint-Eulalie d'Olt, where the procession of Sainte-Epine is held, accompanying the holy relic.
- Estaing, where the costumes and the brass band take part in a pompous re-enactment of the coronation of Saint Fleuret.
